外国料理教室：「イラン」の 「コフテ・タブリッズ 」

イラン式の「‘巨大な’ミートボール」作り?！
こんなに‘たくさんの食材’でした～！

＜材料＞　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
米                      300g
レッペ（豆）    300g
牛肉                   720g
　　（かたまり肉を購入、ミキサー等挽く。
　　　※市販の挽肉は油が多いと思っている。）
玉ねぎ         2個
卵            　 2個

イラン野菜　
・マーゼ marza         　大さじ１
・タラゴンtarragan　   大さじ１
・レイハン rayhan       大さじ１
・バジル2種　(紫)       大さじ１
basil 　　 （緑）         大さじ１

調味料
塩             小さじ１より少し多め
胡椒　　  小さじ１
ウコン　Ukon　  小さじ１
トマトソース      大さじ３
サフラン             小さじ１
 
(A）：ゆで卵　くるみ　なつめ　プラン
玉ねぎ（みじん切りにして炒めたもの）

ソース（煮こむ為のソース）
①玉ねぎをすりおろして、炒め、トマトソースを加える
②水を加える
③塩・胡椒をして、沸騰するまで火にかける
＜作り方＞
（１）ご飯を炊く。（サフランに少しお湯を入れ　　　　　
           米と混ぜて炊く）
（２）レッペ（豆）を茹でてつぶす
        （ミキサー、フードプロセッサーで。）
（３）玉ねぎをすりおろす。
（４）上記の材料
　　　＋卵2個
　　　＋全ての野菜
　　　＋ひき肉にした牛肉を
　　　　ボールの中でよ～く混ぜ、

外国料理教室：「イタリアン簡単パスタ」ランチ：È delizioso！

この秋学期、イタリアから来ているモニカさんの日本語勉強。
担当している小林さんは、自宅で「Pumpkin Pudding」を手作りし持ってきてくれ、おいしいデザートも～！――モニカさん、小林さん、有難う！！“È delizioso、美味しかったです！”――肝心の「Sicily's White Gold」。流石～、日本ではなかなか見れてない「大きい粒」でした！

Pesto alla trapanese
 
<Igredients for 4 persons> 
400gr pasta 
20 basil leaves
2 cloves of garlic
50gr peeled almonds
5 fresh tomatoes
8 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
＆Salt(Sicily's White Gold)
 
①Place the garlic, oil and almonds into the bowl of a food processor and pulse till creamy. 
② Peel the tomatoes, de-seed by halving and squeezing over the sink, then chop into medium dice.Mix the tomatoes into the almonds, basil and garlic.
③Cook the pasta in salted water. Drain and serve with the pesto. Enjoy!

＜材料（4人前）＞
 ・パスタ     400g　（リグオリカサレッチェ）
 ・バシル葉          20枚
・ニンニク　　2片
・アモンド(皮無し)　50g
・トマト              5個
・オリーブ油　8 大さじ
・塩（シシリー島の白いゴールド）
 
①ニンニク・オリーブ油・アモンドをフードプロセッサーに入れて、クリーミー状になるまで、擂ってつぶしながらよく混ぜる。
②トマトの皮を剥いた後、半分に切って種を出しては、中間大きさのサイコロ形に切る。①のクリーミー状のアモンドとニンニク、バシルと混ぜる。 
③塩を入れたお湯で、パスタをゆでる。水を切ってお皿に盛り、②のペストウ・ソースをかけ、召し上がれ～！

今年も「ベイタウン夏祭り」がやって来ます。夏休みの終わりを彩るにぎやかなお祭りです。

Jazzの演奏を始め、いろいろな音楽やダンスやお遊びが盛り沢山です。もちろんいろいろなグルメ屋台も。

一番の盛り上がりは夕方から夜にかけての盆踊りです。皆で輪になって日本の夏の伝統行事を楽しんではいかがですか？

Summer does not end without Baytown Summer Fest on Aug 27 Saturday PM through evening.
There will be lots of fun activities, such as live Jazz music, dancing, kid games. Lots of gourmet food stalls, too. 

In the evening (17:30 - 19:30), you can enjoy Japanese traditional Bon-dancing together with your family, friends and local community members. It will be one enjoyable summer evening.

　千葉県の魅力は多様なものを楽しめることでしょうか。特に海岸は変化に富んでいます。犬吠埼は東洋のドーバーとか言うし、九十九里の長い砂浜にはサーフィンを楽しむ人、鵜原、守谷は海水浴、館山の海岸線には冬の花畑。おまけに美味しい海の幸。
　中に入れば豊富な野菜。唯一自給自足できる県だと言いますが。東京にすぐ出られてコンサートも美術展も楽しめます。便利ですね。

千叶县有很多有魅力的东西和旅游胜地。特别是有丰富的海岸线。犬吠埼的地方被称作东洋的多佛尔海峡。九十九里长的海滩，快乐的冲浪人群，砂滨，别墅，守谷的海水浴场，馆山的海岸线有冬天天然的花卉，再加上天然海鲜。真是美极了。
  进入其中，还有丰富的蔬菜。被称作唯一自给自足的县。离东京很近，出了东京就是千叶县，这里还举行大型的音乐会和美术展。非常方便。

　 치바현의 매력은 다양한 면모를 즐길 수 있다는 것이겠지요. 특히나 바다에 접한 ‘해안에서의 변화’는 풍부롭습니다.
   영국 도바해협쪽 해안과 비슷해서 ‘동양의 도바’라 불리우는 ‘이누보사끼 (犬吠埼)’도 있고, 모래밭이 길게 펼쳐진 바다에서 파도타기를 즐길 수 있는 ‘쿠쥬우쿠리 (九十九里)’, 해수욕은 우바라(鵜原)와 모리야(守谷)에서, 타테야마(館山)의 해안에서는 겨울에도 꽃밭을 즐길 수 있어요. 거기에다 맛있는 해산물까지도!
 　내륙에 들어서면 풍요로운 채소도! 그래서 일본에서도 유일하게 자신들이 생산한 식량으로 자급자족이 가능한 현(県)이라고도 합니다. 토오쿄에도 금방 이어서, 음악회나 미술전람회도 즐길 수 있어요. 참 편리하지요!               (사까에 S.씨, 치바시)

　Chiba has many attractions that you can enjoy.
In particular, it has a scenic and varied coastline.
  This includes the Inubosaki headland which is often compared to the coastline of Dover in England, the sandy surfing beach at Kujuhkuri, the swimming beaches at Ubara and Moriya, and the flower-strewn coastline at Tateyama where the flowers bloom even in early winter. Plus, there’s lots of delicious seafood!
  Chiba is also famous for its fertile farmland, on which all kinds of vegetables are grown. It is said to be the only self-sufficient prefecture in the whole of Japan.
  If you like concerts or art-exhibitions, you will Chiba a very convenient place to stay. It’s right next to Tokyo. So all the sights and sounds of that wonderful city are within easy reach.

Secondo me a Chiba ci sono molte cose da apprezzare.
In particolare la sua costa offre paesaggi molto diversi tra loro. Inubuyashi, e` spesso cosiderata come la Dover d`oriente. Kujuhki ha lunghe spiaggie dove si pratica il surf. Ubara e Moriya sono posti ideali per una bella nuotata. La costa di Tateyama poi offre diversi tipi di fiori anche in inverno. In piu` c`e` anche l`abbondanza di pesce delizioso.
L`inland della prefettura di Chiba produce molte verdure e si dice sia l`unica prefettura autosufficente del Giappone.
E se piace andare a concerti o al museo, Tokio e` raggiungibile facilmente.
Vivere a Chiba ha molti vantaggi, non e` vero?

Chiba hat viele Attraktionen, die Sie genießen können. Insbesondere hat es die malerische und abwechslungsreiche Küste. Dazu gehört auch die Inubosaki Wende, die oft an der Küste von Dover in England verglichen wird, Sandsurfstrand bei Kujuhkuri, die Badestrände in Ubara und Moriya, und die Blume-übersäten Küste in Tateyama, wo die Blumen auch im frühen Winter blühen. Plus, es gibt viele leckere Meeresfrüchte! 

Chiba ist auch berühmt für sein fruchtbares Ackerland, auf dem alle Arten von Gemüse angebaut werden. Es wird gesagt, dass Chiba die einzige autarke Präfektur in ganz Japan zu sein.
Wenn Sie Konzerte oder Kunstausstellungen mögen, werden Sie Chiba sehr gut finden. Es ist direkt neben Tokio. So sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Klänge dieser wunderbaren Stadt leicht erreichbar.

＜学生の部＞

  私が千葉で自慢できるところはたくさんあるけれど私が特にすごいなとおもったところを紹介します。
   一つ目は、千葉県にずっと昔からあったオオガハスという花です。その花は何千年前にもあった古い花です。ピンクの色のきれいな花です。
   二つ目は、幕張の浜で行われる花火です。年に一度行われる花火大会です。特にその内で一番きれいなのは水上花火です。その名の通り水上で行わるのですが花火が水面を走っているように見えてとてもげんそう的です。

千叶有很多引以自豪的方面，我给大家介绍一些我认为特别好的地方。
 第一就是：千叶县从很早就有的一种大贺莲花。这种花是几千年前就有的很古老的花。粉色的、非常漂亮。
 第二就是：海滨幕张的焰火大会，每年举行一次。特别是，这其中最漂亮的水上焰火。就象它的名字一样，在水上举行，烟火宛如在水面上飞行，象梦幻一样。

   치바에서 자랑할 수 있는 곳은 많지만, 제가 특히나 소개하고 싶다고 생각하는 것을 적을께요. 
  그 첫째는 ‘오오가하스’라는 연꽃이예요. 이 꽃은 이미 수천 년 전에도 치바에서 피었다고 하는 오래된 것이예요. 분홍빛 꽃잎이 특히 예뻐요.
  두번째는 마쿠하리 바닷가에서 열리는 불꽃놀이예요. 일년에 한번 열리는 불꽃축제지요. 그중에서도 특히 아름다운 것은 수상불꽃이예요. 이름 그대로, 불꽃이 바닷물위 수면을 마치 달리고 있는 듯이 보여요. 아주 환상적이예요.

　There are many things in Chiba that I’m proud of. But I’d like to tell you about two of them that I think are extra-special.
　The first is a lotus-flower named Ohoga-hasu. This beautiful flower with big pink petals has bloomed here in Chiba for thousands of years.
　The second is a fireworks festival which takes place every summer on the Makuhari-no-hama shore. The display includes fireworks that seem to actually run along the waters of Tokyo Bay. So dreamy!

　Potrei parlavi di tante cose di cui sono fiero di Chiba ma vorrei presentarvi 2 cose che secondo me sono particolrmente meravigliose.
 La prima e` il fiore di loto chiamato Ohoga-hasu. Questo fiore sboccia qui a Chiba da migliaia di anni. Ha dei grossi petali rosa che sono fantastici.
La seconda e` il festival dei fuochi artificiali sulla spiaggia.
 Makuhari-no-hama si tiene tutte le estati. I fuochi d`artificio piu` belli sono quelli sul golfo di Tokio. Sembra quasi che i fuochi corrano sulla superfice dell`acqua.

Es gibt viele Dinge in Chiba, die ich stolz auf bin. Aber ich möchte Sie über zwei sagen, dass ich denke, extra-special sind.
Die erste ist die Lotusblumen genannt Ohoga-hasu. Diese schöne Blumen mit großen rosa Blütenblatt haben seit Tausenden Jahren hier in Chiba geblüht.
Der zweite ist das Feuerwerk-Festival, dass jeden Sommer auf dem Ufer, Makuhari-no-hama stattfindet. Insbesondere ist der Wasser Feruerwerk aufschönste.  Die Anzeige beinhaltet Feuerwerk, das entlang den Gewässern der Bucht von Tokio scheint. So verträumt!
