 ❤「Help Desk/Couch 」外国人・帰国日本人住民への生活支援　
   　　Supporting Partnership Program for foreign residents & returnees to Japan
 　在日(ざいにち)外国人(がいこくじん)の方(かた)や帰国日本人が少(すこ)しでも安心(あんしん)して楽(たの)しく暮(く)らせるように 、
通訳(つうやく)・各種(かくしゅ)相談(そうだん)に応(おう)じます。 
　大(おお)きなことから小(ちい)さなことまで、日本(にほん)に住(す)んでいてこんなことあんなこと、わからなくて困(こま)っていること不安(ふあん)なこと、例(たと)えば、、、 

１．Consultation Online：無料(むりょう)
○各種(かくしゅ)申請(しんせい)における必要(ひつよう)書類(しょるい)の確認(かくにん)など
○ベイタウンあるいはその近郊(きんこう)のローカルな情報(じょうほう)も提供(ていきょう)など 

２．Supporting Partnership Program：実際(じっさい)に付(つ)き添(そ)います――1時間(じかん）当(あたり)500～1000円
○病院(びょういん)・役所(やくしょ)・銀行(ぎんこう)などの各種(かくしゅ)機関(きかん)の窓口(まどぐち)通訳(つうやく)
○学校(がっこう)での面談(めんだん)・家庭(かてい)訪問(ほうもん)・各種(かくしゅ)行事(ぎょうじ)における通訳(つうやく)など
 
　♥一人(ひとり)で悩(なや)まず、私たちにみなさんが前(まえ)へ進(すす)むお手伝(てつだ)いをさせて下(くだ)さい。
　♥皆(みな)さんの個人(こじん)情報(じょうほう)が外(そと)へ洩(も)れることはありません。

　We want to help foreign residents and returnees to Japan to live happily and comfortably here in Chiba.
  We provide interpretation Services and one-to-one consultation Services. So if you have any worries or concerns about your life here in Japan, contact us and we will do our best to help you:
  Here are some of the Things we can do to Support you.

1. Consultation online (no fee)
  ・Advise you on the documents you'll need in order to apply for a residence card, a certificate of Alien Registration, national health insurance, etc.
  ・ Provide you with up-to-date local Information. For example, where you can go to buy the Things you need, in Baytown and the surroundings Areas.

2. Supporting Partnership Program
(For These Services we ask for 500~1000Y per hour.)
 ・ Provide simultaneous interpreting at hospitals, City hall, the ward office, Banks, etc.
・ Provide you with simultaneous interpreting at your child's School for Parent/Teacher Conferences, home-visits and School activities.

Community Supports 地域を支える

Our primary goal is to serve as a community lounge where residents across generations and nationality gather round. We want to take a steady approach to fulfill our ends. Involving in community events is our first step to take. Our attention should be directed toward a community's specific needs.

  • Participate in Community Festival
  • HELP DESK- Information Exchange, Fireside Chats, and Consultation: Every 2nd Saturday from 1:30-4pm at Kaihin Utase Elementary School (HELP DESK is subsidized by Mihama Ward Office in 2014.) 
  • Conversation Partnership Program: This program is a part of our Community Support. We will find you a partner to brush up your language skill. Please register your information by clicking the link. 
世代や国籍の枠にとらわれず、たくさんの人が気軽に集うことができる空間。そんなお茶の間みたいなほっとする場所を地域に提供することがM.E.J.C.の究極の目的です。そのためにできることから少しずつ始めていきます。地域のお祭りやイベントに参加してどんなことができるのかを考えていきます。
  • 地域のイベントへの参加
  • ヘルプデスク-情報交換や友達作り、よろず相談：毎月第２土曜日　午後1時半から4時　海浜打瀬小学校地域特別解放教室（ヘルプデスクは2014年度美浜区地域活性化支援事業の補助金サポートを受けている活動です。）
  • おしゃべりパートナーシッププログラム:　このプログラムは地域支援活動として行います。おしゃべりしながら、外国語を使う楽しさをお互いに分かち合うパートナーをご紹介します。パートナーをご希望の方はリンクをクリックしてフォームに必要事項をご記入ください。
